Hey! My name is James Palmer (JP) and I am currently living in northern WI. I am looking to pass down my knowledge and passion for sports to athletes around the area. I've been blessed to have great coaches and mentors in my life who have shared their knowledge and experiences with me and I am hoping to do the same.
Coaching/Involvement-
Coaching: assisted with pitching camps Eau Claire WI, (2yr), Stout prospect camps (4yr), Individual wrestling lessons (1yr after high school) Athletes in Action (3 years college), Volunteer Coach at various schools (2yr)

High School (Boyceville, WI): 4x All-Conference, 4x WIAA state qualifier and 2017 WIAA state champion
Baseball-
High School: 4x all conference, WBCA all district
Collegiate Baseball (UW-Stout): 2021 first team All-WIAC...second team all-Midwest, School record strikeouts and no-hitter
Summer Ball: 2020&2021 WBA state champion
Played professionally in 2023 for the Winnipeg Goldeyes in the American Association Professional Baseball League
My purpose:
My goal as a personal instructor is to equip athletes with the proper skillset and knowledge to compete at their best. I also want to see each athlete grow their passion for their sport and develop quality characteristics from their training, something that will stick with them beyond the field or off the mat.
